All job boards have a search facility allowing candidates / job seekers to search for jobs. Our search capability works on Job Title and Location as shown in the screen shot above.

I personally advise placing as well as the job title, at the very least, the category in the Job Title area.

To give you an example: You require a "Project Manager" for a manufacturing company that manufactures Pipes.

With out a doubt the person you required would have to be a Mechanical Engineer.

I would then place in the Job Title area :

PROJECT MANAGER - Manufacturing - Engineering - Piping - Mechanical Engineer

with the above, your job will be found with any of the categories above.

Regarding Location. First the country then if you have a requirement for a special area, for example: The job is in Thailand, but also it is in Bangkok, so I would enter: Thailand - Bangkok. Doing this means your job will be found with the candidate searching for Thailand or Bangkok.
